Evaporated Sugar Cane Juice, known as Jaggery, Panela or Rapadura, is an unrefined sweetener made from 100% Sugar Cane. It is widely recognized for its unique caramel flavor, fine grain texture and beautiful golden color.

Panela offers unmatched nutritional value because unlike other sweeteners, the Evaporated Sugar Cane Juice only undergoes a pressing and drying process, allowing the product to maintain all of its natural qualities. We now stock the Jaggery produced in India. This has an even darker colour than the Colombian Panela/Rapadura we previously sold and it is being well received.
